LAW BACKGROUND

Kevin Walker has practiced Injury litigation in the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex for over 28 years.  Kevin has handled a wide variety of civil litigation matters, including personal injury, auto liability, subrogation, wrongful death, product liability, premises liability, first party insurance and insurance coverage claims. His experience with personal injury litigation and insurance companies allows him to address disputes with the knowledge of the litigation process, the positive and negatives of each position, along with the potential trial outcome.

FAMILY & INTERESTS

Kevin was born and raised in Texas and is proud to call Arlington his home.  He and his wife, Victoria, have been married for 23 years and have two children, Jackson and Caroline, along with countless dogs.

Hunting, fishing, the great outdoors, and his family are what brings Kevin joy outside of the office and courtroom.  He and his family are very active in animal services, along with the Boys and Girls Club of Arlington.
