Denise Driskell has practiced civil litigation in Dallas/Fort Worth and East Texas for over 28 years.  Denise has handled a wide variety of civil litigation matters, including personal injury, auto liability, commercial trucking, construction defect, wrongful death, product liability, premises liability, first party insurance and insurance coverage claims, and subrogation. For the past 13 years, she has worked solely in insurance defense litigation for CNA Insurance Companies and Nationwide Mutual Insurance Company, in both personal lines and commercial lines. Prior to insurance defense litigation, Denise worked for the Dallas City Attorney’s Office, defending City employees, including police and fire departments, as well as the Mayor and Dallas City Council members. Her experience as a trial attorney and years of working for insurance companies allows her to effectively assess cases and represent our clients.

Denise was born and raised in Dallas, Texas, and has lived in Arlington since 1988.  She was the first in her family to attend and graduate from college. At UTD, she was on the Dean’s Honor List and the National Dean’s List, and graduated Summa Cum Laude. She attended SMU Law School on a scholastic scholarship, as an Alfred P. Murrah Scholar.

She and her husband, and have one daughter, who is married to an Arlington Fire Fighter, and two grandchildren. She and her family enjoy spending time with the grandchildren, rehabbing furniture, and their dogs. Denise’s interests also include cooking, photography, landscaping, music, and travel.
